Delivery and Returns

 

Postal arrangements

Party packs are sent via 1st Class Post from 48 hours of receiving the booking and the cost of UK postage is included in the full cost of the booking. Delivery will be to address specified at the time of ordering.

All deliveries: 1st Class Royal Mail (delivered with 14 working days).

We recommend if you book a party that's sooner than 2 weeks you book Premium Delivery at the checkout and your party pack will be delivered by track delivery within 2-3 working days.

All shop item and product deliveries will be sent via DPD tracked delivery and will be received within 2-3 working days.

Cancellations and Returns

  • If you cancel your virtual party booking and your products for the party have not been shipped then you will be entitled to a 75% refund.

  • If the products for your virtual party have been shipped you will receive a part-refund and will not be refunded on the products.

  • Refunds or part-refunds will not be made unless you give at least 48 hours notice before the start of your virtual party.

  • We will not accept the return of products once dispatched.

  • We will not replace any products that are sent to you unless they are damaged on arrival and can't be used. 

  • If any products received are damaged on arrival and cannot be used for your virtual party then photographic proof of this must be given to us via email within five hours of delivery. Any replacements will be at the sole discretion of Virtual Parties Ltd.

  • As you are a consumer and have made an order on-line you may, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, cancel your order and obtain a refund (or exchange) within 14 working days from delivery.

  • If you choose to return your purchases, please return to the supplier, address will be provided with your package.

  • Gift cards, personalised goods or services are excluded from our return policy and cannot be returned.

  • Unless the goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning them to our suppliers. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you do so (in case you need to show you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel).

  • If you require a refund on any goods purchased from the shop we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (including the initial standard delivery charge, but not the additional cost of any premium delivery option that was chosen) within 14 days after the day on which we receive the Products back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the Products back to us, provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 working days of delivery to you or your notifying us of cancellation.

  • Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

  • We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

  • In addition to the rights described above (and in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), if the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.

  • To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection.
